Beach Cities Cycling Club is a road riding club based in Redondo Beach, California. We do our best to create a safe and nurturing environment for new cyclists, as well as providing challenges for intermediate cyclists of all ages, 18 and above.
BCCClub is like most cycling clubs, in which we promote health, fitness, friendship and those little endorphins. But our real strengths are we encourage a less competitive atmosphere and create opportunities to give back through cycling.
Because it’s more fun to ride with others, Beach Cities Cycling Club members help each other stay fit, reach personal goals and have fun! The club also likes to help others. We support charities including Best Buddies, MS, The Leukemia Lymphoma Society and 1736 Family Crisis Center.
Hi Scotty-Thanks for your comment. I agree, it’s important not to let one person’s error put a damper on our enthusiasm, whatever it is we’re enthusiastic about in life, and LACBC does great work! Maybe I’ll even show up at another Spoke meeting one of these days. Though I might just wear my iPod or become involved in texting before the presentation begins

Very colorful bike club and nice article. Please don’t let one person from Spoke turn you off to the LACBC. This cycling thing is much bigger than one person or one group of riders. We are all in this together.
